SMOKED JACK CHEESE
Campfire starts as New Moon, and then is infused with a blend of alder and applewood smoke. We balance the smokiness of this cheese to complement, and not overwhelm, the flavor of the cheese. The result is a smoked cheese that can be loved by cheese purists.

Campfire adds a lovely twist to pizza, cheeseburgers, omelets, and paninis. Campfire is also frequently enjoyed with a hoppy IPA.
Like New Moon, Campfire does not age as dramatically as our other cheeses. We age Campfire at our facility for 3 weeks before release. Over time it gradually softens.
