Mt. Townsend Creamery- Our Markets

Mt. Townsend Creamery believes in eating locally. Cheese is delicate and must be stored in perfect conditions for it to present as intended to the consumer. This is especially true for soft-ripened cheeses which are especially sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Given all of those dynamics and Mt. Townsend Creamery’s limited production capacity, we are focused on making our cheese widely available throughout the Northwest.

All of our products are available throughout Western Washington and Oregon at specialty cheese stores and specialty grocery stores. Additionally our cheese is found on the cheese plates of many fine restaurants throughout the northwest. In the Seattle area you can also find Seastack, Cirrus and Trailhead at various farmers markets.
